INFANTS - I believe this is the most important component of a quality childcare professional.
I will daily incorporate ways to build trust between your child and myself.
I will hold your child when feeding them bottles.
I will provide predictable routines. I will maintain eye level communication with the children.
I will meet all bodily needs for their comfort.

TODDLERS - My goal is to develop and maintain a secure relationship with your child.
I will help them feel accepted and provide a cozy area for children to calm down and gain control of their feelings. 
I will build self-confidence and use a positive attitude when interacting with them 
I will provide a reliable daily routine to include washing hands and picking up toys
to promote stability and self- help skills. We will learn to take turns, give hugs,
and  how to  play together in groups. I will help them understand the feelings of others
and develop ways to express them in acceptable ways.
